Lionarc Group aspired to establish a distinct presence in the premium real estate market within a landscape crowded with claims of luxury. Hoarding spaces were carefully selected based on visibility and audience relevance, with messaging tailored to the profile of viewers most likely to engage. On the digital front, a well-knit campaign on Meta identified and maintained connections with the target audience, increasing brand visibility and recall, while a SEM campaign drove unique users to the website to experience Lionarc's storytelling, explore project details, and understand the mindset behind each space.
