Challenge
C-Max, a brand under Camex Ltd. had a well-settled market of its own in the wellness space, since quite a long time. The founders now wanted to revamp this existing legacy brand, for it to represent a broader vision and new products. The job was to transform from C-Max to Companio right from scratch ensuring that the previous brand equity has been retained. Down the line, the target for Companio was to onboard dealers all across India through the medium of Digital Marketing.
Insight
Through conversations, we arrived at a conclusion that Companio's positioning would be that of a wellness brand in the pain management space. All though the product was available for purchase online, Companio's business model was quite unique, wherein customers could avail free demo's, and experience the benefits of the product as a service (through their franchisee centers). For this they focused on creating a network of centers across the country, primarily South India.









Solution
Companio is a good example of our strength in both print and digital media. After the core brand assets were created, we planned and executed a multi-linguistic promotional strategy that focused on two aspects, namely, educating and spreading awareness among customers about the various aspects of body pain, and how our technology can help, and location-specific campaigns inviting entrepreneurs to invest in Companio's franchisee.
Following some intense brainstorming and extensive research on TENS and EMS Therapy (based on which their products had been developed), we developed visuals and communication that connected the brand with their relevant audience both on the B2B and B2C front.

The end of the first promotional campaign
The client not only enjoyed a staggering 29 times growth in their online social community but also received many qualified leads that have now resulted in a larger dealership network in the form of more branches in the same or new cities.
Onboarding 120 dealers in India was the target in 1 year. We helped Companio onboard 180 dealers in a matter of 8-9 months.
