Challenge
The industry of ISO certification and business management needs deep-rooted solutions and 4C aced at providing just that. The missing part was, that their marketing collaterals or digital assets did not reflect their expertise or their extent of professionalism. That was the main challenge, to begin with.


Insight
There was a clear need for positioning here. We hence found it important to relook everything from ground zero. Since communicating expertise was the most important aspect, the content strategy had to be based on the pillars on which the organisation's very foundation stood-process, operations and business. We started mind-mapping our execution strategy centred around these 3 pillars.





Solution
First, we revamped the brand's logo and the new logo constituted of two elements-a binocular and 4 Cs designed in the form of an infinite loop. Taking the primary thought of creating a uniform identity, one step ahead, we redesigned about 25-30 marketing collaterals for 4C including corporate Identity, presentation materials, merchandise and also took care of their environmental branding. 4C was also one of the most memorable experiences for us where copywriting took the centre stage. An example of that is the tagline we gave-'Center of Excellence'.
